Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please note that the processing time will add 1-2 business days to the total delivery time.
Order Cutoff Time
Our order cutoff time is 3:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Days
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship products out over the weekend. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Free Shipping Thresholds
We offer free Economy Shipping on orders over $50, which is automatically applied at checkout after any discounts or promotions. Free shipping options are periodically updated and advertised on our website.
Exclusions from Estimated Shipping Times and Free Shipping
The estimated delivery times and free shipping offers exclude:
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international locations
- Shipments to PO boxes & APO addresses
- Pre-ordered or back-ordered items
- Products requiring ground or freight shipping due to size, weight, or hazardous materials (e.g., kayaks, large tents, items with lithium batteries)
Location-Based Shipping Restrictions
We primarily ship within the contiguous United States and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations. Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain locations due to local regulations or brand partner restrictions.
Delivery Method Restrictions
Certain hazardous or oversized products, such as items containing lithium batteries or oversized items like kayaks, can only be shipped via ground or freight and are restricted to the contiguous United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wilderness and Waves is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
