Refund and Return Information
General Return Guidelines
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right to Return
Customers have the right to return products within 30 days after the arrival of the product. Products can easily be returned, but the actual costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies in cases of dissatisfaction with the product as well as receiving a defective product.
Requesting Return Labels
Return labels must be requested through us, and you can do so by sending an email to support@wildernessandwaves.co.
Condition of Returned Products
Only products in NEW* condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return with any indication or signs of use.
*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.
No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Once the product is in transit, there is not much we can do with exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct products before checking out.
Processing Returns and Refunds
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days from the moment the product is received. Once we have received and verified your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days using the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed, including the refund status.
Warranty Claims
For items with manufacturer defects, please contact our Warranty Department at support@wildernessandwaves.co. Include your order number, purchase date, product brand, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Labels
We offer a flat-rate $10 USPS shipping label for returns within the contiguous U.S. To obtain this label, request a return from your Order History or contact our support team. The $10 will be deducted from your refund. For oversized items or products over 10 lbs, additional shipping charges may apply.
International Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer international returns or exchanges, as we currently do not sell products outside of the United States.
